The Tolk group of companies joined the state initiative by opening "Responsible Business Invincibility Points" in its own customer service centers. In each of them, visitors can warm up, charge their gadgets, use the Internet, and enjoy hot tea with goodies.
Currently, such points are set up in 4 customer service centers of the Tolk Group in the Volyn region - Lutsk, Kovel, Manevytskyi, and Novovolynsk CECs.
"We have provided an opportunity for our visitors to charge their mobile phones or power banks, send a message to relatives or work on the Internet," says Dmytro Ivanov, director of "Volynelectrozbut" LLC. - For them, there is always drinking water and tea to taste and the opportunity to warm up in a warm room."
Also, "Points of Invincibility of Responsible Business" have been opened in 4 locations of the Tolk Group in Transcarpathia, namely in Uzhgorod, Mukachiv, Khust, and Tyachiv (in the city of Rakhiv) CECs.

The companies of the Group bore all expenses for arranging points and providing services for visitors. The points work according to the schedule of the centers.
