• What voltage class - 1st or 2nd.

(1st class - consumers who receive electricity from the electricity supplier with a voltage level of 35 kV and above at the border of the balanced distribution;
2nd class - consumers who receive electricity from the electricity supplier with a voltage level below 35 kV at the border of the balanced distribution);

• Payment for the distribution of electric energy is made directly by the OSR or through its supplier;
• Under what conditions was the payment made for the previous period of e/e consumption (prepayment or post payment).
